The U.S.
General Services Administration, Federal Acquisition Institute is making online learning and certification more accessible to acquisition professionals.
This mobile app is available both for either Apple iOS and Google Android and provides the review and testing in a game format.
The user registers themselves using their name and email.
They are then exposed to some background information and a series of scenarios.
Each scenario provides new information and then poses questions on how a price analysis would be performed.
The user earns more points for selecting the correct answer on the first try, and fewer points for a second try.
At the end of the first level of play the user, with enough accumulated points, the user earns a certificate for FAI for having successfully completed the course.
The certificate is emailed to the user and also to FAI.
